I think every WordPress user should have know how to change admin password in worpress via phpMyAdmin to avoid bloody moment. Here I share how to reset your WordPress password and also your e-mail address directly via phpMyAdmin. Resetting WordPress administrator password is very easy via phpMyAdmin but very very effective.
For this tips you must have phpMyAdmin database access.
Step 1: Login to your phpMyAdmin using your database username and password.
Step 2: Select your blog’s database from left side.
Setp 3: Now find wp_user table and click on it.
Setp 4: Now click on edit icon (pencil icon).
Step 5: Change the user_pass field by selecting MD5 as Function and entering the new password in Value.
You may change your admin e-mail address by entering new e-mail address in the user_email field.
Step 6: Now Click the ‘Go’ button to the bottom right.
Step 7: Finally test the new password on the login screen.I hope you can login your admin panel without any problem.
